Gentle Place and Things Related
This newsletter is about Gentle Place Publishing and things that have sprung up around the work of Gentle Place. In addition to the work of Gentle Place, this newsletter includes articles about other projects and web sites - especially from Micro Steps.

Changes
Since the last issue, there have been many changes. Read on and you will see.

Latest Micro Steps Trip to Swaziland
Makhosazana has completed her latest trip to Swaziland on behalf of Micro Steps. This trip was, by far, the most impactful so far. Click on the link to see her latest report with a number of wonderful videos. Link

 Back to School
Steven is headed back to school again. He has enrolled in WISR where he has been working part time for the last few years.

Yen 9
Yen 9 continues to grow incrementally as an affordable web host. If you have a web site or plan to start one, take a look and see if this is of interest: http://www.yen9.com

 China
Makhosazana and Steven are headed to China this month. They will be in Guiyang at Guizhou University for a year. Here is a map that shows  where Guiyang is.

 New Contact Information
Effective immediately please use (707) 981-4665 to contact us by telephone in the US. We will be moving out of our current home / office in a couple of days. While in transit, this number will forward to us. After we are in China this number will take a voice message and send it to us. You can always use our contact form on the Gentle Place Publishing or Micro Steps web sites to send us an email or use our normal email address if you have it.

Peaceful Pages
One of the most interesting changes is the selling of the complete Gentle Place inventory to Peaceful Pages in Oregon. They will be selling not only the books and CD's produced by Gentle Place but many other materials. We highly recommend them. Here is a link to their web site: Peaceful Pages. Though our inventory is gone Gentle Place will live on. We have a couple of books in the pipeline and several CD ideas. Stay tuned.

Thank you all for your wonderful support over the last few years.

Newsletters Opt-in / Opt-out
As you may have noticed our "once in two months" newsletter is actually coming out more like once a year. I expect this will continue. Never-the-less, if you do not want to (or do want to) receive this annual newsletter you may use this link: Gentle Place Newsletter. If you would like to receive the Peaceful Pages newsletter please join by sending an email to info@peacefulpages.com. If you would like to receive the newsletter that Micro Steps sends out occasionally (normally project reports) please use this link: Subscribe to Micro Steps newsletter. Thanks
